Roman "> Born in Pinar del Rio, the westernmost province of Cuba in 1952.
He studied at the Provincial School of Plastic Arts of Pinar del Rio to 1977.
He is a member of the National Union of Writers and Artists of Cuba.
Since 2001 he directs the project "With Love and Hope", recorded on teaching children with Down syndrome.
